Returns and Refund Policy
Last updated: 07/07/2026
At Robusto Eyewear, we want you to be genuinely happy with your safety. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, and store credits work for our current range of non-prescription safety eyewear, including clear and polarised lens options.
1. Change of Mind Returns
If you've changed your mind about a purchase, we're happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
-
You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
-
The item is unused, unworn, and in 100% resaleable condition.
-
The item is returned in its original packaging, including the box and pouch, with the original paperwork/ receipt or proof of purchase.
-
Items that show signs of wear, scratching, damage, or have had lenses or components altered will not be accepted for change-of-mind return.
-
Items purchased at a reduced price - including sale, clearance, or promotional discount items, are only eligible for store credit on change-of-mind return, not a refund or exchange. This does not affect your rights if a sale item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect (see our warranty terms).
To start a change-of-mind return, email us at info@robustoeyewear.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide instructions on where to send it.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your preferred outcome (refund, exchange, or store credit) within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method for the price of the item(s) only. Any original shipping fees paid on the order are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your safety glasses arrive faulty, damaged in transit, or if we've sent you the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible and we will fix it at no cost to you.
-
Email us at info@robustoeyewear.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the fault or damage.
-
We will arrange either a replacement, refund, or store credit, and cover the cost of return shipping where a return is required.
-
Please do not continue to use a product you believe is faulty, as this may affect your claim.
Claims relating to a manufacturing fault outside the return window above may still be covered under our Warranty Policy. Please see our Warranty Policy page for these details.
3. What Can't Be Returned
-
Items requested to be returned after 14 days of receipt (unless covered under our Warranty Policy).
-
Items that have been worn, used, damaged by misuse, or are not in resaleable condition.
-
Items missing original packaging, including the box and pouch provided
-
Items with no proof of purchase
4. How to Start a Return
-
Email info@robustoeyewear.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
-
We'll confirm whether your item is eligible and provide a return address and any reference details.
-
Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, and send it back to us.
-
Once received and inspected, we'll be in touch to confirm your refund, exchange, or store credit.
5. Prescription Eyewear
Robusto Eyewear does not currently offer prescription safety eyewear. This policy applies only to our non-prescription safety glasses range. Should we introduce prescription lenses in future, a separate policy will apply to those products.
