We build Robusto Eyewear safety glasses to handle the  If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing fault, we'll make it right. This Warranty Policy explains what's covered, what isn't, and how to make a claim for our current range of non-prescription safety eyewear, including clear and polarised lens options.

This policy applies in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

1. What Is Covered

If your Robusto Eyewear glasses are deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, as reasonably determined by us, we will replace the complete pair with an equivalent product to the same specifications, within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Where a like-for-like replacement isn't feasible -+- for example, if the style or colourway is no longer available, we'll offer a suitable alternative, or issue a credit or full refund instead.

2. Warranty and Claim Period

Warranty claims for manufacturing defects must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date. All claims are subject to proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

3. What Isn't Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Eyewear that has been stored outside of its supplied pouch or case.

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or carelessness - including scratches from incorrect cleaning, incorrect storage, accidental drops, or lens/frame damage from being left in high temperatures.

  • Any modifications or repairs to the product.

  • Accidental loss or theft.

4. How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim, email us at info@robustoeyewear.com.au with the following:

  • Your order number or confirmation.

  • A full description of the fault.

  • Photo(s) clearly showing the fault.

We'll confirm we've received your claim by email and let you know the next steps. Once your claim is approved, please allow up to 18 business days for your replacement, credit, or refund to be processed.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
