Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Robusto Eyewear. This policy sets out how we dispatch and deliver orders placed through this website within Australia.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment being received, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer - if this happens, we'll let you know.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.

2. Delivery Within Australia

We ship domestic orders via Australia Post. Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch are:

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Express shipping: 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

These are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including regional and remote delivery areas, peak periods, or delays within the Australia Post network.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD. Orders under this amount will incur a shipping fee of $10 for standard shipping of $15 for express shipping. 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@robustoeyewear.com.au.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, has arrived damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@robustoeyewear.com.au with your order number. We'll work with Australia Post to track down your parcel, and will arrange a replacement or refund if it can't be located.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout - we're not responsible for orders delayed or misdirected due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, though we'll always do what we can to help resolve the issue.

7. Change of Address

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, contact us at info@robustoeyewear.com.au as soon as possible. We can only update the address if your order hasn't already been dispatched.
